Paulsen Publishing, a laureate of Arctic Awards 2018 international prize, is taking part in non/fiction intellectual literature fair. Now in its 20th year, the fair will be held at the Central Artists’ House in Moscow on November 28 – December 2.
Paulsen Publishing is the only publishing house in Russia producing documentary, fiction and sci-popular literature about the Arctic and Antarctic region. Over its history, the company published more than 100 books dedicated to Polar research, the history of geographic discoveries, polar exploration and the life of the aboriginal peoples. Arctic Awards 2018 awarded Paulsen Publishing in the “Polar Star” nomination for two books published in the “Polar Classics” series: the legendary “The Vega Adventures” about an expedition by the renowned Swedish geographer and traveler Adolf Erik Nordenskiöld via the North-East way from the Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean, and the “Jeanette Sailing” book about an adventure-rich journey from San-Francisco to Chukotka undertaken by American navy lieutenant, captain George Washington DeLong.
These and other books can be found at the Paulsen Publishing stand at non/fiction fair (10 Krymsky Val St., stand H-6).
