In 2013, Sergey Egorov, President Arctic World Club, established Arctic Energy – a professional racing team successfully competing in international championships of France, Belgium and Spain. In the same year he also opened Arctic Energy Racing School at Formula 1 Autodrome in Sochi.
In 2015, Egorov brought Mitjet to Russia. In less than three years, the French racing series was successfully integrated into the global motorsports community, becoming one of the most popular series in Europe. In 2016 and 2017, Mitjet Series Russia (MSR) became the first and only event in Russia allowed to perform as support race for Formula 1 competitions. MSR held joint performances with world-famous racing series, such as DTM, WTCC and TCR.
Arctic Energy continues expanding borders and mastering new territories. This time, it’s the World Rally Championship. In 2018, Sergey Egorov founded Arctic Energy WRT team in Russia. The crew consisting of Deividas Jocius and Donatas Zvicevicius successfully debuted by winning silver medals at the third stage of WRC championship in Mexico.
